In co-operation with international interior designers not only fixtures with louver and plastic cover are developed but also combined indoor fixtures including climate technology or handles, which are respectively recessed in luggage racks. VARIALUX also offer a developed assortment of signal and warning fixtures, which are partly fit out with the energy-saving and long lived LED-technology. 	Beside the independent production of fixtures, distinguished suppliers from research and development, medicine technology, high-voltage testing systems engineering and ventilating systems engineering use the production variety of VARIALUX. Apart from turning and milling VARIALUX offer the only rarely offered metal forming – the metal spinning. This happens in conventional ways and also CNC controlled. Further processes are deep-drawing, punching and tilting. Welding and soldering are also part of the manufacturing process such as lacquering processes and powder coating, after previous surface treatment. Connected with medicine technology special processes to the manufacturing of lead elements were developed, which include for example lead welding and lead adhering. If you wish the manufactured elements can be checked by a computer-aided measuring machine from Zeiss. The quality-assuring execution of all production parts is confirmed to VARIALUX by the DIN EN ISO 9001:2000 certificate since 1994.
